Our first meeting is to discover all that we can do for your company. All of our clients receive a free one-hour consultation, during which we will explore and define:

• What objectives do you have for your website? What do you want it to accomplish?
• Look and feel of site: what is your target market and what will appeal to them?
• What functions do you want your site to have? For example: Shopping cart, forms, content management system?
• Will there be social media connections (blog, facebook, twitter)
• We will identify technical issues
• Timelines will be discussed
• Expectations of designers and clients, who will provide what content, text, graphics, etc. for the site, will be defined.

Step 2: Design proposal and project outline.

• Information we have accumulated and processed from our initial meeting will allow us to deliver a detailed proposal and preliminary site map.
• With your approval, we will provide a design agreement, outlining the cost and timeline for development of your website.

Step 3: Development of website, design and drafts review.

• Create page layout and design, and plan navigation
• Design and integrate graphics
• Review drafts and implement changes
• Dynamic content writing with SEO focus
• Integration of all content, images and functional assets
• Quality assurance testing

Step 4: Live Beta test site

• We will load a fully functioning site on our test server for your approval
• Refine site "get it right" policy, we won't upload it until you love it!
• SEO integration

Step 5: GO LIVE!

• Approved and completed fully functioning website loaded onto your server.
• Maintenance and improvements, keep it fresh, keep content current, upgrades (monitor) to SEO, maintain integrity across browsers and test on new versions of browsers as they are released, we do all this for you with a maintenance contract.
